Magic Lineup is published by Parent-AI LLC. This page explains how to delete your Magic Lineup account and exactly what happens to your data when you do.
This is the fastest route and it deletes everything immediately:
If you can no longer sign in, or you would rather we do it, email coach@lineup.parent-ai.com from the address on your account with the subject Delete my account. We action these within 30 days and reply to confirm when it is done.
You do not have to delete your whole account to remove data. Inside the app you can delete an individual team (Team → Delete Team), an individual game or practice from the schedule, or an individual player from a roster. Each of those removes that item and its records from our servers straight away.
If you would rather we removed something specific for you, email coach@lineup.parent-ai.com describing what you want deleted. The same 30-day timeline below applies.

Deleting from inside the app removes your data from our live systems immediately. Encrypted backups roll off within 30 days, after which no copy remains. Email requests are completed within 30 days of us receiving them.
Deleting your account cannot be undone. If you want a copy of your data first, export or screenshot it before you delete.
